Heck Bros. accepts all major credit cards for secure online purchases. We honor Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Prices for each item displayed online are in US dollars, and include delivery. 6% Pennsylvania sales tax is charged to all orders, as well as a $6.95 Internet service charge. Our site provides a secure server for online transactions; however, you are welcome to use our toll-free number to place your order instead.

General Delivery Times
Same-day delivery to the US and Canada is generally available Monday through Saturday for all orders placed before Noon Eastern Standard Time on that day. Orders received after Noon on any given day will be delivered on the next business day. No orders are delivered on Sundays, except on certain holidays, in which case such information will be posted. During peak floral periods such as holidays, same-day delivery becomes difficult due to the volume of orders, so it is advisable to place your order at least two days in advance.

Requests for Delivery to a Business
Orders going to a business or special requests to have an order sent in the AM or PM must be placed at least 24 hours in advance to ensure that such needs will be met. For orders going to a business, please specify in the special instructions the time until which the person will be at the place of business. Please note that in some cases, the time of delivery is beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed.

International Orders
International orders cannot currently be placed over the Internet through Heck Bros., but you can call our toll free order line at 1-800-335-3877 to place international orders. Please note that due to time zone differences and foreign business practices, same-day delivery is generally not possible. International orders will be delivered as soon as possible, depending on the pace of business in that country. Please note that some additional charges apply to international orders.

Of course, while these arrangements shown are representative of the style, color, and value of the item you are ordering, specific flowers and containers may vary in some cases due to design interpretation and flower availability. In general, the items pictured are the standard price, basic prices may be a bit smaller or use less expensive flowers, and the deluxe price may be larger or use more expensive flowers.
