  eck Bros. has been serving the Reading and Berks County area for
over 90 years. Back in 1907, when brothers Harry and Ferdinand Heck opened their first
greenhouse, they never imagined that it would turn into a widely successful family
business spanning generations. Over the years, the business has passed through the hands
of Harry's son Otto, who retired in 1976 after 48 years in the business, to Thomas. Tom,
who is Otto's son, is the current owner. He has expanded the business to two spacious
state-of-the-art locations, the most recent of which opened in 1991.

and Ferdinand sold their first bouquet of flowers, but the Heck family commitment to
quality and service has remained the same. Personal attention to detail, and the
determination to satisfy the customer is what has made Heck Bros. flourish for the past 90
